How to convert image into text in no time using google goggles

             Today, we are going to see about an interesting application called as Google Goggles. It is an image recognition app which was designed by Google for iPhones and Android devices. 

      The wondering functions provided by this app is that, it can convert the images into text i.e., it can make the letters in your paper get displayed on the screen of your gadget. By clicking a photo of any object using your device’s camera, this app will provide search results based on that object, landmark, or any text present in that image.

This application will be useful to people who does data entry jobs, captcha typing, etc. As this app easily converts image to text easily, typing works can be replaced with this app. This app is easy and also efficient to use. Let us see the steps involved in doing this process:

Step 1:

Download the google goggles app from play store to your android mobile.

Step 2:

To launch the app just tap the google goggles icon on the home screen. This will automatically take you to the device's camera from within the app.

Step 3:

Now you can make a snap of the text you want to convert using button . After clicking the button this app will take few seconds to analyze the image taken.

To click only a specific line of text, you can make use of a small icon in the bottom right hand corner to crop your view finder.

Step 4:

Select the “Text” result and click the “Translate” button.

Step 5:

The current language of the text will automatically be detected by the app. Now select the language to which you want to translate. You can do it by selecting the language from the second drop down menu on the right. Your translated text will be displayed on the bottom, while the original text will remain at the top of the screen. I have selected Hindi and so my text is translated to Hindi.
