Why WhatsApp is now free for lifetime

The top ranking - Whatsapp messenger is now available free for lifetime. Believe it and its officially confirmed that the service is now available free for lifetime. This is one of the very common application that is found to be preset on almost everyone's mobile phone.

The fact that is mentioned in their developer blog, the app with a billion users it is set to rock. Hereby, we don't now have to count the Penny's to pay. Earlier whatsapp has been charging its users with a subscription fee of 0.99$ a year. Only the first year was given the exception.

When people were raising queries on the fee that is been set for the app, the developer blog stated that they charge their users because -

"We wanted to spend our time building a service people wanted to use because it worked and saved them money and made their lives better in a small way. We knew that we could charge people directly if we could do all those things. We knew we could do what most people aim to do every day: avoid ads."

That clearly stated that they charge for their product because they are making their way a better node to stand with a ad free service. And now finally, its their own decision that revealed the service could be made free for all, without any subscription fee.

Jan Koum, the founder of WhatsApp said that some of the users felt that the subscription fee that has prevailed earlier was a burden for them. For many years, the users were being charged after their first year for having the service to get continued. And for now, the well grown company doesn't want it to be continued this way.

You can confirm this at Settings > Account > Payment info.

Many may think that there be some inclusion of advertisements, but this thought isn't true.

As they have stated in the official blog,

"Starting this year, we will test tools that allow you to use WhatsApp to communicate with businesses and organizations that you want to hear from."

The best thing ever in whatsapp is the absence of the 3rd party ads and the spasms. They promise to continue the service better and better than ever. Happy news for the start of 2016 yup.. Now all can use the WhatsApp free for lifetime without spending dollars.
